Courses And Subject

The College is affiliated to the Utkal University, BBSR and Council of Higher Secondary Education, Orissa, BBSR and provides teaching at the +3 Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce and Arts, Science and commerce in +2 Stage.

+2 Arts (128 Seats)
 Along with Eng. M.I.L.(O)/Sans/Alt. Eng., E.E.&Yoga which are the compulsory subjects, the +2, Ars students are to choose any four of the following elective subjects each subject carrying 200 marks i.e. 100 marks for the first year and 100 marks for 2nd yr.
Elective Subject :- Hist, Pol Sc., Eco, Logic, Odia, Sans, Education.
+2 Science (64 Seats)
 In addition to English, M.I.L.(O)/Sans/Alt. Eng., Yoga and E.E. +2, Science students may offer four following subjects each subject carrying 200 marks i.e. 100 marks for 1st yr. and 100 marks for 2nd yr.
Subjects : - Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology.
+2 Commerece (64 Seats)
Com. Subject :- M.I.L. (O),/Sans/Alt. eng. Eng, Yogh & E.S.
 Besides above subjects +2, Commerce students may offer following subjects, each, subject carrying a maximum of 200 marks for 1st yrs. & 100 marks for 2nd yr.

Subject :- Accounting, BMS, BSM, C.A.F.E.

A/C = Accounting

BMS = Business Mathematics on statists

BSM = Business studies and management

CAFE = Cost Accounting & Fundamental of Entrepreneurship

The above subject will be assessed at the college level for 50 marks (35 marks for theory and 15 marks for project work) at the end of the 1st year of +2 course and the grades (A, B, C, or D in order of meritg) are to be awarded by the college and the same shal be recorded in the body of the pass certificate given by the Council subsequently. The grade secured in the Environmental Education (EE) will not affect the result of the candidate.
Marks Grade- above 70% Gr-A+ ,above 60% Gr-A, above 50% Gr-B, above 35% Gr-C, Bellow 35% Gr-D
YOGA has been introduced by CHSE as a compulsory subject in +2 Arts / Science / Commerce classes. +2 1st year studens are required to appear for theory examination carrying 50 marks and +2 2nd year students for practical examination carrying 50 marks. However in 1st year and 2nd year students are required to learn practical.
Basic Computer Education has been introduced by the CHSE from academic session 2012-13 for 1st yr streams of Arts, Sc. Com.
